Kendra Scott chose PFS for our brand-building expertise and experience handling fine jewelry. We implemented a distributed fulfillment solution with order routing across PFS and Kendra Scott DCs based on product type and inventory levels.
In March 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic Kendra Scott was forced to temporarily close their in-house fulfillment operation and PFS stepped in to handle all DTC fulfillment. Extreme demand exceeded forecasts by as much as 176% during this time, yet PFS maintained an average of <3 day turnaround times throughout. As a result this success, PFS now manages over 90% of Kendra’s DTC demand, up from 30% pre-pandemic.
Beginning in 2012, Pandora needed an eCommerce provider to scale operations in Europe and expand into the US and Canada. PFS has successfully supported these endeavors and so much more since implementing operations over a decade ago.
PFS fulfills orders globally for the brand from our multi-node fulfillment network using order routing powered by our distributed order management (DOM) technology. Leveraging our expansive carrier network which includes national and regional carriers, we ensure customer orders are delivered quickly and efficiently, wherever they are shipped.
