Sunglass Hut’s home try-on program
PFS designed and implemented Luxottica / Sunglass Hut’s home try-on program, including a detailed sunglasses audit and inspection process upon return of the product. Customers could select multiple pairs to try, and then returned the product they did not want for free. Each returned piece was thoroughly inspected for damages, screened for counterfeit, and cleaned to be put back into sellable inventory.
